Easy Peasy Spiced Orange-Cranberry Sauce
This easy peasy cranberry sauce will have even cranberry haters saying “Have mercy!” It has just the right amount of sweetness and tartness to satisfy anyone and with the smell of the fall spices filling up your home, your Thanksgiving guests will want to cozy up on the couch and make themselves at home. IF you have any leftovers, spread some on that leftover-turkey sandwich with stuffing and make an epic post-Thanksgiving sandwich. Enjoy!
Combine orange juice, zest, honey and water in pot over medium-high heat until honey dissolves.
Stir in cranberries and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; Stir in cloves, salt, ginger, all-spice, and cinnamon. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Put in covered bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.*
*Can be made 3 – 4 days ahead of time.
